| Great Experience with Angels |
We had some fairly restrictive pick-up date requirements as we needed to transport our Mercedes 500SL at the last minute. I was in So. Carolina making arrangements for my husband who had the car in San Diego. He was leaving San Diego to return to So. Carolina permanently. I contacted Angels on a Wednesday, hoping the car could be picked up on Saturday before my husband flew out of San Diego very early Sunday morning. Not much lead time! Deena was very helpful, explained the procedures, and within 36 hours contacted me to let me know she could arrange for a pick up on that Friday (bless her heart!). That wouldn't work; my husband needed transportation to finalize things in San Diego. Although the car couldn't be picked up until Sunday, we were able to arrange for a co-worker of my husband's to handle the pick-up for us. Kudos to Angels: they had about four different contact numbers to work with (my home, my cell, husband's cell, co-worker's cell), each one to be used depending on pick-up date, etc. They got it right!! We were told the delivery window would be 5-8 days. It was actually 10 days, but we weren't bothered; we weren't in a huge hurry to receive the car and we understand that dates are fluid in this business. The pickup was the most important issue. We received the car in excellent shape--no damage, a little dusty from the trip but no oil, grease, etc. In fact, the driver even turned the floor mats over so they wouldn't get dirty--how considerate! This is our second experience shipping a car across country. Our first experience was a disaster. We'd recommend Angels to anyone seeking a professional and trustworthy company. These girls know their stuff! Thanks Angels!
