I was moving from Washington to Texas and needed to transport my car. I was online and found free quotes from All America Auto Transport, INC. I filled out the form and sent it. It wasn't 15 or 20 minutes later I recieved a reply for MIKe. I was impressed. It was a friendly and informative reply. Mike instantly put a face on their company. We had a few more exc hanges and I agreed to contact him when I was ready to ship. "Not a problem" was his reply. When the time came to ship, it went smoothly. I was kept informed of my car every step of the way. I don't know the name of the dispatcher in California, but he was excellent. Again, communication was constant between dispatcher, truck driver, and us. Once the car arrived, the driver was polite and efficient. After the delivery, I was contacted again by Mike as to the condition and satisfaction of service. This is the first time I have used a transport service. Thanks Mike, to you and all your employees who made this transaction a beautiful ending to my relocation story.
