The driver picked up the car on time (03/22/2008) and he promised to deliver the car on 03/26/2008.

Then it got extended by each day. Now as of date it is 04/01/2008. Still they havent delivered my car.

One more thing. Today a person contacted me saying that they damaged the Antena of my car. I dont know what other damage they did for my car. I will not accept the delivery from the driver unless the car is good enough.

These people charged me 850$ where as the current price for open mode is 600$. I paid extra to make this transfer expedite. However I came to know that they just fooled me.

I am really frustrated and this company doesnt care of customer satisfaction.

Please let me know what legal actions that I can take.

The information stated is not completely true. The customer contacted us and requested that his vehicle be picked up ASAP. We provided a quote for $650 and advised that we could load the vehicle within 7 days. The customer called back and requested that we pick up his vehicle the same day. We explained to the customer how our industry works and advised him that if he was to pay an additional $200 to the driver, his vehicle would be picked up sooner than others on the same route. The customer agreed and we obtained a driver for him at the higher rate that could load the vehicle on the day that he requested. We explained to the customer that expediting the order would get the vehicle picked up sooner but not delivered any faster as the truck was still being shared between 9 other vehicles. The customer agreed and proceeded with the order. The trucking company assigned was Narrow Way Transport. The carrier than ran into mechanical issues that caused them to be delayed by 3 days. Then his antenna was damaged while unloading. We communicated with the trucking company and they agreed that they caused the damage and that they would compensate the clients for damages or file a claim against their insurance. The customer was uncooperative and refused to accept the vehicle until the damage was fixed. We explained the claim procedure but he insisted that the vehicle be delivered fixed. The trucking company agreed and will tow the vehicle to local Mazda dealer to fix the antenna at their expense and then deliver the vehicle to the customer.
