After reading many scary bad reviews and low ratings on other operators here on Transport Reviews, I was prepared for the worst. What a relief! This move went like clockwork. Pickup was very quick; delivery right on schedule. Jackie at Brown's was on top of it all the way, professional and friendly throughout. Rich, the driver for RPM Moving, was a pleasure to work with, totally professional, friendly and great at what he does.
With a winter run from Rhode Island to Kentucky, I did not expect fast and efficient service, but that is exactly what I got. My advice? For what it's worth: Don't blindly take the lowest bidder, check reviews. Don't go with a broker who wants a deposit before the specific transporter and time of pickup are arranged. And if you can, go with Browns and RPM!
