Subject: HORRIBLE
Review:MY CAR WAS BEING SHIPPED BACUSE MY HUSBAND IS DEPLOYED AND I WAS HEADED BACK HOME WITH TWO LITTLE ONES. THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD BE THERE BY FRIDAY. ...THEN SATURDAY. THEN MONDAY AT THE LATEST. MONDAY CAME AND THEN ITS OH WELL IT WILL BE THERE TUESDAY MORNING. NOONE COULD IDENTIFY WHERE THE DRIVER WAS AND A TIME FRAME SO I HAVE SOME IDEA OF WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS. THEY WERE RUDE AND HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF WHERE MY CAR WAS. I HAD TO HAVE MY INSURANCE STEP IN AND THEY WERE RUDE TO THEM AS WELL, SAYING THAT WE SHOULD BE CONCERNEDONLY IF ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS AND WE HAVE NO CAR. LOL WHAT A JOKE THIS COMPANY IS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

We were very accommodating with this customer. All Star scheduled her vehicle only one day after placing the order for a pickup the day before her flight so that she could use her car up to the last day. Her representative also discounted her quote more than the $50 military discount we offer to help her in her difficult situation. She was also notified that the route from TN to NJ is an average of 5 to 7 days for delivery. It is unfortunate that Jenny speaks so negatively about a company that was nothing short of professional and polite to her every step of the way.
