Review:YOU KNOW THE OLD SAYING " YOU ARE ONLY AS GOOD AS THE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR YOU"
WELL OUR WHOLE EXPERIENCE WITH A EASTERN CONNECTION WAS WONDERFUL. WE HAVE RECOMMENDED TO FRIENDS BECAUSE THEY WERE PRICED ANY WHERE FROM 200.00 TO 400.00 LESS THAN THEIR COMPETITORS BUT MORE IMPORTANT, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL.

KRISTA WHO WAS OUR REPRESENTATIVE GAVE US ACCURATE INFORMATION AS TO WHEN THE VEHICLE WOULD BE PICKED UP AND THE DRIVER WAS WONDERFUL AS WELL. HE GOT TO ARIZONA IN 2 TO 3 DAYS AND HE CALLED US FROM HIS CELL TO LET US KNOW WHEN HE WAS GETTING CLOSE TO TEMPE. HE GAVE US A 3 HOUR WINDOW OF TIME AND EVEN CALLED THE PEOPLE WE ASKED HIM TO REACH.

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND HAVE TOLD FAMILY AND FRIENDS OF OUR PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
