I dont know where to begin. We will start with my car shipping quote of $725. Awesome deal, I thought to myself. So I go ahead and give a $200 deposit to hold that quote. And let me tell you I never signed any papers! Next thing I know, Im on the road from Chicago to San Francisco, they say they are coming to pick up the truck, I thought to myself, I never signed any papers, but ill go with them good deal. $725. So they pick it up, next thing I find out when they already picked up my car I get a call saying that I owe them $663 when they drop it off at my house in San Francisco, so add on the $200 deposit, it is now a total of $863 dollars......What about the $725???? Im in the military(USAF) and went and talked to a Jag Lawyer on base, and he told me not to pay a damn thing. The car is supposed to arrive today Friday February 22. I recieved a call from GARY, and he said I now owe them $900 cash on arrival. They are refunding my my $200 deposit. So now I owe them $175 above the quoted price. Once again, I never signed any papers!!!!! Just got off the phone with the Jag lawyers again they said not to pay a thing. Cant wait to get another phone call from you Gary!!!!!! This guy Gary, wow, he is a piece of work. This i can tell is a very small company that does not get much work, they are not a good company to work with, customer service is horrible except the woman i spoke to once. This company is a joke. Pay the few extra dollars in the first place, because this company is going to screw you over some how with some hidden costs or something. Go with a different company. And whatever the company says after this as a response is going to be a lie. They just want your service remember that. But once again dont give them your service!

I have been trying to talk to this customer for over a week and a half, only once we were able to speak to him and he had promised to fax the paperwork back, well you can imagine he never did.He was sent the shipping order and terms and conditions at least 4 times with no success of receiving the signed copies back.
All that I heard from this customer which was next to the last time that I spoke to him was that he would negotiate with the truck driver and that he had no contract with us, so I proceeded to tell him to talk to the driver and that he has no contract with us.
He then began to threaten us with many calls and emails that we were going to hear from the attorney for the army, well I guess that you can imagine that was also a lie. He even wenta s far as to say that he did not contract with us, well how did we get his information and credit card number ???????
All that this customer wanted to do is swindle us as he probably does to others. He claims to be an officer in the Armed Forces, if he is an example of our Armed Forces we have a lot to worry about.
Unfortunately with a person who is looking to defraud you, discussing or reasoning does not work.
This customer is just a cheat, if he received the papers it was very clear that there was an 8% charge for the full coverage insurance and a $50.00 fuel surcharge, he like to play dumb.
If he did not want to sign any papers he did not have to, he could have sent an email or called and said that he did not agree with the papers and did not want to do it, agin a forflusher with no backbone, in fact we had called and emailed him prior to the car being picked up, he ignored that to, so why did he give the car to our deiver ?????????
Where did we not do our job the car was picked up within the dates promised and delivered within the dates promised, the customer insists upon lying. |
