Still waiting for my car

I am very disappointed. I am still waiting to find out when my vehicle will be delivered. I dropped my car off with them on 01/30/08. It was to be shipped on 02/02/08. The estimated delivery time from San Diego CA to Tampa FL was around the weekend of 02/08/08 through 02/10/08. It was not delivered. I contacted them on 02/11/08 and it was stated that my vehicle was in Texas and it should be delivered on Wednesday or Thursday. It was not. I contacted them on Friday 02/15/08 and it was stated it would be delivered on Saturday 02/16/08 or 02/17/08. It was not. I contacted them on 02/18/08 and was connected to a dispatcher of the truck driver. I received numerous different stories from they hadn't been in contact with the driver since Saturday to the first gear of the truck wasn't working properly. It was claimed that the vehicle is in Louisanna. I asked when my car will be delivered. It was stated the driver would call me and let me know. I got a message from the driver on my voicemail (I tried to call back and left a message, but no return call). He said the truck had a gear problem and that they would be leaving Louisanna 02/19/08 in the evening. I called back on 02/19/08 because I need an estimate when they would be in Tampa like I requested. I was told by the dispatcher that he would call the driver and find out but I wouldn't know until after 5 because he is driving and it was unsafe for the driver to be on his cell phone while driving. I immediately questioned him and said the driver claimed last night on my vm that they weren't leaving Louisanna until this evening. So what is going on? When will my car be delivered. He is supposed to call me back. I called AA Auto directly back and spoke with the Manager Isaac. He is supposed to look into the situation and call me back. I am very disappointed. I fully understand delays happen, however, they should let you know, not give you the run around and you shouldn't get different stories every call. I know that they are dealing with contractors, however, as a company they need to make sure they have the right contractors and should be able to get the facts straight and call you with them instead of you having to call them. I will write more to this review once I get more information. Hopefully my car will be delivered soon. Let's see how they handle this. Can they right this wrong?
