researched auto transporters for hours and hours and hours ... then, after reading what seemed like Hundreds of horror stories and speaking with several transporters, i actually decided that i was better off driving my gas guzzling H3 from NYC to LA myself! but then, on a last ditch effort, i happened upon hilton auto transport. all in all, an awesome experience: professional, efficient, reassuring and very honest. i reeeally wanted a monday pickup (4 days from when i first called), paid extra for it (1277 total), and they delivered. the rep nicole seemed to have a closer relationship with the carriers then other brokers. the entire process was very smooth: i called, discussed my situation/pricing, thought about it, called back, gave my cc info for deposit, scheduled pickup, was picked up, 9 days later (timeframe given was 8-10 days) it arrived (dusty from the road, which is normal for open carriers, but otherwise in the exact same great condition as at pickup!) btw, the carrier they contracted for me was likewise professional, friendly and i felt like they actually cared about my vehicle!
