This company will promise you anything you want to here just to get your money. I was told by the owner that once the deposit was made, the vehicle would be picked up in 1-2 days. This all started on Dec 14th. I had a Chevrolet Impala in ND coming in to PA. Once I made the $195 deposit it took 17 days for my car to be picked up. There was some bad weather that first week and that was understandable. However, 17 days was too long for that car to just sit. We are a car dealership and this was a sold unit. Because of the amount of time it took to get this car here we lost the sale. When I would call and see what was taking so long the person who answered the phone would only tell me that the truck was delayed. Then they told me they called my dealership here and ask for me to tell me about the delay and the person who answered the phone told them that they had never heard of me. I could understand that if we are a company of 100’s but there are only the 2 owners and myself here. I also check the dealership where the car was and they stated they did not hear from National Auto Shipping either. After the first of the year I called and the person told me that the car was being picked up on that day. I ask her if we could get some type of refund because of the amount of time it took to pick up the car. I was told to call back after the car was delivered and someone would help me. The car was delivered on a Saturday so I called the following week. I was told that it was not their fault the truck was late picking up and that I should have requested a cancelation and gone with another company. If you need a vehicle moved, I would not in any way recommend National Auto Shipping. They make promises that they can’t keep. They do their best to push the blame on someone else either in their own company or outside sources. If you read these reviews you will see the same excuses from this company over and over again. They cannot make good on their promises.
