Unreliable, Do not USE!!!!

Review:

I was leaving US and moving back to my country. I wanted my car to be shipped to Syracuse. Cosmos auto gave me a price $470. I gave them a 2 weeks window (as stated in their website) and told them that on the 3rd of Dec I will be leaving the country, so to please pick up the car before that date. They never picked up the car.... I had to contact another moving company on the 2nd (the last day!!!) and had to ship the car for 700$. Later, cosmos auto contacted me after almost a month. At this time I had already left US. They said that they were ready for pickup.... HAH!!!!

They are the most unreliable, unprofessional movers I have ever dealt with..... Even if they offer you a low price please donot use them!!!!

Very interesting. We have no issue taking responsibility with the complaints where we are wrong but I&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;#39;m surprised how many complains end up here where the customer bears some if not all of the responsibility things went wrong. As in this complaint, we had the vehicle scheduled within the 7 days we ask for as pick up window. The customer waits 1 month and places the complaint as if his order was just cancelled when it was cancelled on Dec 6th when we had it scheduled for pick up. Because we had it scheduled for pick up before he cancelled with us he owes us $50 as per our contract.
His name is Siuli Mukhopadhyay and if anyone googles his name and knows him please remind him that he owes Cosmos Auto Inc. $50. Thank you.
