I would use Auto Transport Center again. They were up front and honest about what to expect. Pickup was 4 days after I placed my order and within the two day window they scheduled. Delivery from FL to WA took 10 days, which is what they told me. They contacted me to verify that I received my car a couple of days after I actually received it.
Since the customer is not always present at car pickup and delivery, a recommendation for improvement is that they notify the customer when the car has actually been picked up, send an email every few days to affirm that they are checking on it's progress and that all is well, and then notify again when it has been delivered.
I'd also like it if there was an option to prepay the entire bill by credit card. I paid their share via cc but had to pay the driver in cash when the vehicle was delivered.
Overall, my first auto transport experience and a good one. I will buy a car from across the country again and when I do I will use Auto Transport Center, Inc.
