My great experience

Review:

I was contacted by at least ten companies once I inquired online for price quotes. The quotes ranged from $ 450.00 - $ 1100.00 due to the fact the car didn't run. Most everyone that I talked with was very scripted in the conversations that we had and seemed shallow in their promises. They pushed for a commitment for a deal to haul the car, but wanted a window of between 3-5 days for pickup. Since I was 600 miles away from the pick up point, this was not an option. Jennifer on the other hand was very personable, friendly and accommodating. The experience that I encountered because of Jennifer was not only pleasant, but one of the greatest customer service experiences that I have had in quite some time. She went above and beyond every time we made contact. Communication is always key in any mutually beneficial relationship, which Jennifer out preformed any expectations that I could ever have imagined. I feel she honestly cared about my situation and if this is an example of how this company does business, you can be assured your experience will culminate in total satisfaction.
