| Never picked up and refund of deposit can take a month! |
I checked this company out on the B&B before picking them because they seemed to check out ok. Wish I had found this website first. After speaking with them, I felt 100% positive that my vehicle would be picked up...I was told it was on a major route, a short distance, etc...I was also told that I would receive a full refund of my deposit if it wasn't picked up. After 11 days, it was never assigned a carrier, so I called to cancel and receive my deposit back. I received my cancellation number and was told I would be credited back the $150 deposit. It's been several days, and still no credit to my credit card, so I called them back to inquire. Well, I was told it could take between 3-4 weeks before I'll get a credit! Now, my account was charged the $150 the day I was assigned a confirmation number, so I can't understand why it takes so long for them to run a credit. I definately recommend NOT using this company if you need a vehicle moved. If I don't receive my refund back soon, I will take this up with the B&B.
