The company contacted me immediately once I inquired online and was by far the lowest estimate so I went with them. My car sat and sat and I was seldom contacted, actually any communication was initiated by me. Adi was very hard to get on the phone. Verad acted as the "Gatekeeper," taking messages. One time, a supervisor named Ellie called me back and attempted to initiate action on my vehicle, but to no avail.
When I decided to finally give up on the company, they offered to up the price, assuring me that a driver would pick up the car for more money. So my $390 estimate went to $690 and it was picked up within two days of putting in on the network for $690.
I learned (and Adi was at least honest enough to tell me this) that all of these companies use the same drivers, so the lesson learned is do not go with a low offer, or your car will never get picked up.
I believe they suck you in with a low offer and a low deposit and then get you in a bind as they did to me where you are backed in a corner and forced to pay more money.
