Impressed at first. Good customer service. Vehicle was to be picked up on Monday. Learned that transporters rig was inoperable when I called to verify pickup. New transporter was selected quickly and vehicle was picked up on Tuesday. I was supposed to receive on Thursday. Waited untill Friday. Repeated calls to transporter not returned. Able transport unable to provide any information. Finally reached driver on Monday am to be informed that my vehicle had been involved in a rollover accident on Thursday pm. Learned that Able transport had been aware of this on Friday. Driver was supposed to call me - never happened. Horrible experience. One of a kind one owner low mileage vehicle - took me three months to find. Driver cited for careless driving and driving without a license. Vehicle not properly secured. I am still waiting - one week later to find out if I will be reimbursed the cost of the vechicle - or be forced to accept a damaged repaired vehicle. I understand that Able is just a broker. What kind of screening process do they use to select transporters? I will never have another vehicle transported. Beware!!!
