Worst Service - Don't trust them - Still waiting for my money.

Review:

Do not go for BT Auto Transport. Here is my story

I have got quote ($585) to move my van from MA to FL and I felt happy with that price and requested them to book the slot. I have also paid $135 as advance to them. Actually van must be picked any day on or after Oct/05.
Even after one week there is no sign when my van will be picked up from MA and I done several followups with BT people. They said they still not yet scheduled driver to pickup and they have no idea how soon they can pickup
I got frustrated and requested them to cancel my order on Oct/12 and refund my amount back to my account.
I have been told that my order was cancelled and it will take 10 business days to refund my amount.
But till date (Nov/07) I did not recieved my money and I have been doing regular phone calls, emails to them to know status about my refund, but there is no response.

I really got frustrated and requested my credit card company people to file a dispute case on them.

Very poor customer service.

Please Don't trust them.
