Subject: Car Never pickes up
Review:AA Automovers rep committed to pick up my car on a certain date knowing I was leaving town. Not only did they never pick up my car and the rep ignored me and refused to admit he comitted to a certain date, they charged me a 100.00 fee even though they verbally told me they could not provide a date when my car would be picked up.

"Do not use them".

I used dependable auto shippers and they provided me date and picked up my car. They are not a

I reported them to the BBB and will also take other measures to let people know about their company.

These claims are not true. Our commitment was to locate a carrier within a PICKUP WINDOW, NOT FOR PICKUP ON A CERTAIN DATE. The order was placed and signed by Andrea Johnson, not Andrea Tedeschi. Andrea Johnson agreed in writing to the pickup window. The contract she signed disclosed our cancellation fee. When she cancelled before the end of the pickup period, she incurred the fee.
