I have used Horseless carriage on more than 20 occasions and have found them to be an excellent well run auto transport company. Although you may a small percentage of client that can never be satisfied my personal experience has been nothing short of stellar. Their equipment is immaculate and the drivers are all uniformed and extremely knowledgeable about transporting any type of vehicle. I have to say that the whole purpose of the transport excercise is to have your vehicle delivered in the same shape it was in when you handed the keys over to the driver. Horseless never has disappointed me. I will continue to use them and would recommend them to anyone who cared to ask. Keep up the good work. As far as the broker who is complaining about them stealing their accounts you probably owed them some money and refused to pay them so they did what they had to do. Remember the transport company has millions invested in equipment and infrastructure. Brokers have a shingle and a phone. I suspect if you paid your bills you would not have registered a negative complaint. I wonder how many complaints that broker has against them posted on some other review site?
