I still don't believe I chose these people to ship my car----XXXok, I admit, it was because of the price.
Those guys are rude--XXXgive them a call then you will know it instantly! I sent them my order forms, then I had to call them to confirm the order but nobody there seemed to know that order. The guy on the phone was either in no intention to help or completely uneducated. He simply didn't know how to deal with people. Ok, that is fine, as long as they get my car going, that is fine.
But I was wrong. 10 days later, nothing happened, 20 days later, still nothing. Called back, "we are doing our best" was the only answer, and with an impatient manner----XXXseemed like I should make the call at all.
Finally I cancelled the order, and the guy apparently was angry with my decision! He abruptly hung up the phone on me. I was simply speechless!
I switched to Able Auto company. I got the same price, and got the business service I am used to. That is an excellent team. Within a week, my car was pick up!
Again, people out there, stay away from them!
