okay first off id like to say that Ed Martinez who was my original contact was EXCELLENT and i cant rave enough about him! he went above and beyond to arrange this transport and keep the original pick-up date even with me not having all the needed info for him @ our first conversations. where i do have problems is when chicago auto transport called to say they were comming... then truck breakdown(which i totally understand) and i was told he should be there later that night... no show no call.... i called and left a message... 845 next morning i was called and told the truck should be rolling after 12 today.... etc. etc. nocall no show after waiting all afternoon. (mind u i cancelled 2 clients for this)... nocall to say no pickup..... day three... I CALL to see where he is again..... told he would be there after 4pm.....(okay fine)..... i call @ 6:10 pm and he is close and will be there with in the hour and he will call me when he is close. (he was getting fuel and i know it can take a while) FINAL PICKUP..... 9:00PM . VERY FRUSTRATING SIMPLY BECAUSE I WAS BASING MY WHOLE DAY... WHICH IN TURN STRETCHED TO DAYS... WAITING FOR A PICKUP. SO ED MARTINEZ... CUDOS TO YOU BABE! YOU DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND I CANT SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH ABOUT U! CHICAGO TRANSPORT DROPPED THE BALL... BASICALLY LOST THE BALL. I DONT APPRECIATE BEING TOLD SOMETHING AND THEN NO ONE CALLING TO UPDATE THE STATUS OF PICKUP AFTER 5PM WHEN THERE RECORDING SAYS THE OFFICE IS CLOSED. THANK YOU
