AAADvantage Auto Transport's poor service

Review:

Not only have AAAdvantage Auto Transports, Inc inconvenienced me greatly, their customer service reps have misled me several times about the pickup status of my vehicle. On the several occassions that I called leading up to the last day of my pickup window, there was no mention of any kind of problem with the pickup. The line I received over and over again was that they are working on it. It was only after several days had passed and I was left with 2 days before I had to leave the Bay Area permanently that they mentioned there might not be a pickup available before I leave. This put me in a very difficult position as the other "options" they gave me were unreasonable. There even were a couple of times they rudely hung up the phone to me when I started complaining their service. This is aboslutely unacceptable.
