I called to place my order on Friday, August 10th in the late afternoon for a pickup on August 25th. Within an hour of placing the order I came across this website and saw all the poor reviews. At that point I didn't even want to deal with this type of bad business, so I tried to call back to cancel. Unfortunately, due to the time difference they were already closed. I called first thing Saturday morning (less than 24 hours later) to cancel and spoke with a Fred who advised me there was a $45 cancellation fee. What??? I booked the pickup less than 24 hrs ago and the pickup date is 2 weeks down the road. How can you charge me a fee. Besides the fact that I was not told of this not refundable fee. He said "Oh it's posted on our online form". I then told him that I did not order on-line I ordered over the phone with one of their representatives and at no point in time did they advise me of a cancellation fee. Long story short, I went on-line and looked at there cancellation policy and what it states is "A cancellation charge of $45.00 will be assessed if order is cancelled subsequest to despatch of driver". There was no way within 24 hours they dispatched a driver 2 weeks prior to a pick up date. They insisted that this was there policy and they were not refunding me my money. Besides the fact that the Manager Nick couldn't even give me the common courtesy to speak to me and be man enough to tell me himself. I was transferred to speak to other individuals who could not make any decisions without speaking to him anyway. Not only are they a bunch of crooks, but they are rude and need to learn a few things about customer service. I will be disputing the $45 charge to my credit card based on their cancellation policy. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO USE THIS COMPANY! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!
