Moving from FL to CA

Do not belive the good reviews. They are based mostly on the Carrier not the Broker. This comany is a broker which mean- they don't do anything but just issue out bids to carrier(the people who actually transport the cars)

When i called them four times. They knew nothing about where my car was or anything else that was going on. They just charge $250 on top of what it actually cost to move your car. and pay someone else to do it.

My carrier was late and they lied about when they were delivering the car. All-pro auto did NOTHING! it was a week late! I was extremely patient with them but they did nothing.

the carrier LIED to them and said the car was ready for delivery on monday and that they were trying to contact me since monday. I called the carrier on monday and they told me it wasn't anywhere near by! I recieved NO CALLS ALL WEEK until friday from a guy at the terminal saying he recieved my car on thurdays and he could only deliver it on monday(one week after the estimated delivery) but only between a small 3 hour span. of 9-12noon. while everyone is a work, including me.

I also had to spend like $180 on a rental because they were late and i needed to conduct business.

HUGE WASTE OF TIME & MONEY don't be fooled by the guarantees of their sales people.

you pay all this money for LATE SERVICE & STRESS. WASTE OF TIME & MONEY DO NOT USE THEM

since they contract out their carriers(any jo schmoe with a big truck) you are NEVER guaranteed good service. If you get it then you got lucky.
