if you get a quote from this company run dont walk run as fast as you can, l got a quotes for moving 3 trikes for me, the first trike l had l gave him a deposit, the week before told him l would let him know on the next monday when he could pick up the trike, a driver calls the shipper on monday saying he is ready to pick up the trike he was told the trike was not ready and would not be ready until the next day, as l had not called Luke to tell him when the trike would be ready for pickup this suprised me, when l did call Luke and told him my trike would be ready tuesday and what happened he said its ok we will get it tomorrow (tuesday) l said ok, then wendesday morning l called Luke ask him if everything was ok and the driver had my trike he said he is sure he has because he had not heards from the driver for me not to worry all was ok, after finding out my trike in fact had not been picked up l started calling Luke, this is when he starts wanting more money for the move, l said no, we have a deal, after alot of run around from Luke he told me that if did not have a truck by the next monday he would wave his fee just to give a truke more money to move it, (yeah right) well guss what starting monday he would not answer the phone when l called he would not return my calls and more important all should know HE WOULD NOT RETURN MY DEPOSIT, good company to deal with huh?????????????????????
