I had used this company to move a car from New Jersey to Hawaii two years ago and they lied to me on a daily basis and my car was in a lot in New Jersey for more than one month before it beganit's trip to Hawaii. Once it got moving, the move seemed to go within a reasonable planned time period.
Recently I needed to move a car back from Hawaii to New Jersey and contacted them (I do not know why I was so stupid!) and they told me those problems will never happen again and because of the problems I had, they will watch this car very closely. I believed them, because what they do BEST is NOT MOVE cars but LIE!
The car moved from one island of Hawaii to another, and then from Hawaii to LA in a timely manner because AAA Advangtage had nothing to do with the move. Once it arrived in LA, the car sat for more than one month, with me calling on a daily basis, eating my insides out, and they lied on a daily basis. Every day it was to be picked up tomorrow!!!
Fool me once, shame on you, but fool me twice, shame on me. I was such a fool for dealing with this company again.
DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. These people should not be allowed to continue to fool the public and should be closed down. If you read a good report about them, they probably wrote it, as they do nothing but lie, lie and lie.
DO NOT USE AAA ADVANTAGE. THEY ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY.
