I needed a car transported from Fl to Tx. I had a time frame to have this car delivered. I set this up March 5th to have the car delivered the 18th or 19th. I asked if this was a problem and was told absolutely not. I also explained that the car could not be delivered before the 18th due to the fact I would be out of town. Again I was told no problem, they will have it timed. The car would be picked up the 13th or 14th.
I then get informed that the car would be picked up March 19th. I call and complain that I had this set up early. The first thing I am told is that all times are estimates, I continue to complain and now it is the dealers fault for not being there on the weekend. The weekend was the 17th and 18th. They had 4 weekdays BEFORE the weekend. Then I am told it is MY fault because I am not home. How is it my fault when the car is still sitting in Fl? Yes the person I was dealing with was not real sharp. I wanted someone else to dispatch and was informed, they would have me the car by Thursday the 22nd and that was only 3 days late. They would get me the car in 3 days after pickup. Yeah right. When the 19th arrived, I am told the truck broke down, now it was for sure Wed, March 21st. I got upset with all the lies and blame being placed on EVERYONE except themself. I told my rep off and he asked what could he do? How about getting my car to me jerk? I asked him would he call me to inform me when the car got picked up. He said sure.
I do get a call from him on the 21st. He said my car was slated for pickup. I thanked him and hung up Well the 21st turned into the 22nd and my car was still sitting. It got picked up Friday the 23rd a full 10 days later than expected. Now the trucker told me I would get the car Saturday the 24th or Sunday the 25th. Yeah right. Is this possible? I have the truckers cell and when I didnt hear anything Sunday night I call. No Answer. I call Monday and finally get him. I ended up with the car Tuesday March 27th.
This company does nothing but lie and place blame. I was told when I set up everything that the time frame was plenty of time to have it go smooth. All of a sudden, I am unreasonable. Whatever folks. I have had cars transported in the past and will again in the future. There are other companies that I will do business with. Thankfully there is a choice.
I gave you a chance to work thru this with me. You didnt want to until finally I get a call AFTER I receive the car. Too late, I have nothing to discuss with you. You got your money, it will be the last penny you ever get from me. We are done.
