These people are the WORST!!! Several calls to them they NEVER call you..Always have a new excuse ,truck broke down,driver will call,car being picked up next day....LOST Deposit & dont care I will NEVER call them again...
Sorry guys...When I was told on 3/5/07 I could have deposit refunded .you all said I would have car by 3/10/07..its 3/17 & no car or no pick up thats why I cancelled...Joe

Dear Mr. Cetta,
We are very, very sorry that the truck was delayed.
When we called you on 3/5/07 to tell you about the delay until 3/19/07 ,
we offered to refund the deposit in full. You decided not to get a refund and to wait for the 19th.
Today is the 16th. Please allow the truck to p[ick-up on the 19th and deliver by the 22nd or 23rd.
