DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. FIND A REPUTABLE ONE INSTEAD. My wife used this service and paid through PayPal then was forced to pay cash for the balance to get her car off the transporter upon delivery. The vehicle arrived damaged. This was pointed out to the drivers who said it was not their problem yet they were unable to produce the inspection report stated as part of the contract. After countless messages, never a return call was made. When emailed, Wayne claimed to be not aware of this and he was looking into it. 2 months later he is still looking into it and the damage has yet to be fixed. An estimate was sent to him and the dealer (where the car was picked up in IL) proved the vehicle's condition prior to the pickup.
He has yet to do anything about the damage besides state he is looking into it. I SUGGEST YOU CONTACT ANY OTHER FIRM BUT HIS UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE YOUR CAR DAMAGED, NO INSPECTION REPORT DONE, NO RETURN PHONE CALLS AND HAVE CASH IN ORDER TO HAVE THE CAR TAKEN OFF THE TRANSPORTER UPON ARRIVAL. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $50.-$100. more for transporting to use a respectable firm. It will be well worth it.

I do not understand some people. This customer calls me weeks after the car is delivered and tells me there is damage. I do not know about the inspection report. I have tried to contact the truck that delivered it and he said the driver is no longer working for him. I turned a claim over to the insurance. They stated that it had been too long since delivery for the claim. I told this customer this. What more could I do. If I had any damage the we caused I would make sure the insurance would pay. Kind of hard to do when you do not find out about it for weeks. Personally I would have been all over the phone to get it paid for, if the vehicle was mine.
