| Don't use this moving service |
First of all, I looked through a few reviews. I'm fairly confident they are being posted by the company's employees. Phil Pascucci's review is on 11/22/06 - yet he refers to a move on the 5th of DECEMBER. Granted, someone may wait 11 months to submit a review, but I seriously doubt it.
Stay away from this pseudo-moving service. They don't move your possessions, instead they farm it out to other actual moving companies. I'm still waiting to receive my car. I was told it would be delivered in a week. It's been two weeks, and AAAdvantage cannot get a hold of the truck driver - they have no idea where my car is.
That's always comforting to hear.
There is absolutely no customer service. Each time I've called - and it's been almost once a day, the "moving professional" on the line merely says "Yes." There is no greeting of a "Hello" or "My name is .... how can I help you." Considering this is the only contact they have with their customers, you think they place at least some value on its importance.
Fortunately, I will never have to deal with them again, as I will never use their services, and recommend everyone else save the hassle and choose another moving company.
If you don't believe me, check out epinoins' user reviews and experiences with this company. Well, that is before AAAdvantage tasks their employees to submit favorable reviews.
