I recently bought a car on ebay from mercedes benz of miami I was scared went I went online to get a shipping qoute. I realized most companies are merely brokers and merely middle men So after searching for about 2 weeks and getting quotes from 400 dollars to 2000 I realized most companies just want a deposit and they dont really follow up with you. So I spoke with my sales person about driving the car but he recommend, sundown transport which was a local transport company in florida which had several terminals and had over 40 company trucks . I called them on tuesday morning 11/21 and spoke with a dispatcher who told me the car would take 5 days and that they offer guaranteed delivery which also intersted me. At first I was reluctant to believe that they will get here in 5 days but I went ahead and booked with them because I had a good feeling. I woke up thursday morning 11/23 and i got a call from the driver stating he was 20 minutes from my house I thought this was some sort of mistake because its thursday thanksgiving and only 2 days have gone by. But I met up the driver only to see my brand new e55 being unloaded it was the best experience ever I asked him how he got to Los angeles in two days and i found out that the company he works for sundown transport only uses team drivers so they drive non stop till they get to the destination he told me it usually takes 3 days because they usually stop other places but regardless it was the best experience I ever had using a transport company and I would use them again. I would reccomend them to anyone who wants to transport a car because they are a carrier most companies that i contacted told me they had a network of carriers which let me know they would be giving my 100,000 dollar car to anyone with these guys I knew that if something happened they would be responsible but my car came off the truck without a scratch and I WAS able to take it out on black friday so i appreciate everything thanks allot.
