I had River City arrange the shipping for my newly acquired 1995 BMW M3. The car was shipped from Michigan to eastern Washington State. Jeff explained the entire process thoroughly, and made sure I understood the terms of our arrangement, the differences between different services, the insurance coverage, etc. He even took the time to get to know me, and we were surprised to discover that we come from the same educational background.
I could not be available at the time the car was delivered, and Jeff did not hesitate to help me arrange pickup with my girlfriend. He took her contact information and gave it to the driver immediately. The actual delivery process went off without a hitch, even without me present. The car arrived a day before expected. No damage occurred during transport, and the car was clean. The driver was professional and courteous, and got his truck as close to our apartment as possible (right across the street). He even parked the car in our lot for us (my girlfriend can’t drive a manual car). I would recommend this service to anyone, and it will definitely be my first choice if/when I ever have to ship another car.
