Our contract and websites all speak about no guarantees. We are very conscious that it is a difficult shipment from Southern Florida in the winter to anywhere in the states and we informed the client. In addition it's one of the biggest SUV's to ship. Lastly as we use load boards to offer vehicles to the trucker this client was posted with no less than 3 other companies. AT HIGHER PRICES- We informed her that this would not work. The trucker was looking for additional cars to fill his load. My contract and emails reference my contact information to clients if they are having any issues with Truckers or my associates. I wish Brian had utilized my number earlier in the process and not losing as much time as he did.
We strive hard and although we have systems in place something was missing in this case. I will correct the website to reflect my contact information in the case needed and all communication will refence my numbers as well BIG and BOLD>

For the transport community- I was happy to take care of the couple in shipping their car. We intially had a verrry quick dispatch and their car wasnt ready. Well our LUCK the first two truckers who requested it were ready and the couple and family were not so we had to reschedule. We all know how that goes another trucker wasnt available for some time and the couple became anxious in shipping. Even so much as to double book with another company which additionaly hampered my efforts. I worked thru this and got the car dispatched at a slightly higher amount that took from our deposit "Agent Fee" reducing my fees by 50% all in the name of customer service. It's how I operate as the customer is first.
Reduced fees , 3 dispatched trucks we applaud our efforts with 5 plus stars on this shipment. Above and beyond the competion. AAA Transporters. [ view ] |
