The process was great and didn't take very long at all. One of the cheapest transport companies I found online. One thing I did not like was they promised an hour notice for pickup and drop off and I didn't receive either. For drop off the driver called and said he was here and I had to rush and get ready. For pickup I never received a call I just heard someone outside and he was there.
