Ship a Car Direct was very good about answering all of my questions prior to having my car shipped. While they were not able to pick it up on my first available date, they kept me informed, and were able to do so within a few days. And honestly, I did not expect them to pick it up on MY first available date, as it was a day or two after I made the inquiry. I understand it takes time to locate a carrier/driver. My car was picked up and arrived at its destination without any problems. This was the second time I used them to ship my car in a month and I would use them again. They were recommended to me by a friend, and I would recommend them to someone else shipping their car.
