Customer service from Auto Shipping Group Inc. (Account Executive: Sam Anderson) was good overall. They did not have 24 hour customer service, so there were delays in response times. Once picked up by the carrier, ASG Inc has limited control. The carrier was a day late, provided only short notice on pickup, and delivered 2 days early (so that the cashier's check had not even arrived yet). However, the carrier was good and worked with us to deliver and then wait for payment.
