Fact: they are middle man and they use a highly qualified list of auto transport companies I was kind of worried about what company they used, they will let you know and you can research about them online. Fact: My transport company had mixed reviews but I went ahead and used them. Fact: they took pictures of my car. ( you should too!! Pic of the mileage too!) Fact: give them + - 3 days ( didn't really like this but I had no choice that's how the whole system works) Fact: I used open transport and my car was dirty when it arrived ( quick wash fixed it) Fact: no damage to my car!!! :) Opinion: take picture of your car and note every damage.
Overall great service and quick delivery.
