Shipping my college-age son's car from Connecticut to Utah was a wonderful, worry-free experience with AmeriFrieght. The company was highly recommended to us by a friend who had shipped a car with them, and now I know why! My customer service rep, Lecia, was extremely patient and thorough in explaining every detail and made me comfortable from the start. She was in constant touch with me while securing the transporter. Meeting the actual driver made me feel just as confident - I knew he would treat my son's car (his pride and joy) with kid gloves the entire way. He was in touch with both my son and me during the trip out and there wasn't a moment we didn't know exactly where the car was. If we had any questions, both the driver and Lecia answered our calls immediately! I will not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them. If you are fearful of shipping something as valuable as your care, don't be. These people are responsible, caring professionals every step of the way.
