I had a glitch with shipping my vehicle (a glitch that was caused by myself). I contacted Sean 2 days after placing my order and kindly asked for a refund of my deposit (knowing they had the right to deny the refund) Even though the problem was caused by myself, Sean went out of his way to correct the problem. Within minutes Sean kindly and graciously agreed to refund my deposit to make things a tad easier for me. After agreeing he refunded the deposit within minutes. This company is incredibly trust worth (and I would know having dealt with several who aren't as upfront and trust worthy). Very prompt and knowledgable as well. For my next shipment I will no doubt contact Haul Away to handle my needs. Best in the business hands down.
