Worst shipping experience ever

I contacted Alex to move my truck, it had to be moved Wednesday. He told me he would guarantee pickup on Wednesday and delivery on Friday. The truck was not picked up so I called Thursday Joe told me that Alex was out of the office so I asked to speak with a supervisor. After I was on hold for about 10 mins Joe comes back on the phone and says he is the supervisor. My truck was the next stop for his driver and it sold be picked up Thursday. At 3:00 PM the truck was still not picked up. I called back to speak with a manager who then tried to cancel the whole order, but I did not have time now to find another company. Instead Alex called on Friday morning and says if you wait a week we can ship it for the quoted price, but if it has to be moved today it will cost an extra $255 to move it today. This company is a broker, they do not have drivers or trucks. They are liars and manipulative and I will never waist my time or money on them again. I would never recommend this company to anyone! WARNING THIS COMPANY WILL CAUSE AN INCREASE IN BLOOD PRESSURE.

On top of that is has taken 2 days now to get my review back on the website after the company took it down saying I was not a customer. half the reviews for this company are from employees and are not real reviews. I am beyond frustrated with this company.
