Lies, will not return my deposit

On February 8th 2014 I spoke to Scott and contracted Jaguar Paw trucking.
Truck driver never showed up, not on 1st, not on 2nd or third appointment. I decided to give them one more chance, never showed up, but always had an excuse. I asked for my $ 200.00 deposit returned, I have called many times...last time was on April the 18th at 11:40 AM.....the east coast office would process my refund, I was told. Today is July 25th, 2014 and I am still waiting on my $ 200.00 refund. Scott will not answer my calls.
