Rob was really awesome to work with. He did everything we asked him to and he even went further when we had issues with the transportation company. The company that transported the car was completely awful. They spoke little or no English so it was very hard to communicate. They were horribly rude and did not want to work with us at all when they delivered the car two days before we were even scheduled to arrive, by plane, in Florida. I would never recommend using the transportation company again. But crossroads was well worth the money and they have very good people working with them.
