Immediate email once transport was assigned including transport contact & phone number. Within minutes Latoya Stephens of Roy & Toya Transport, LLC called informing me pickup & estimated delivery. Five minutes later Michael called to confirm I had been contact by Roy & Toya advising delivery schedule. Next day Michael updated me confirming the vehicle had been picked up & that Transport would be calling me when on the road. Michael advised he was available until 8PM if I needed him for any reason. Latoya Stephens called me when they got on the road & again about 20 minutes before arrival.
