For several years I've had my car in for restoration in Tolleson, AZ. At last it was time for my baby to come home to Arkansas so I was looking for a reliable transport company. I spent a lot of time on the net reading reviews and was seriously depressed with so many negatives. I noted that Passport Transport had a good record and the main office was near me in southern Missouri so decided to go with their enclosed trailers.

I called them late on Friday afternoon. I got a call on Monday morning that the driver was there to pick up the car. Extremely fast! If I had one negative statement to make, it was the turn around was so fast the main office did not have time to call me and let me know the driver would be arriving. Of course my mechanic wouldn't let the car go until he had confirmation from me, and I didn't have confirmation from the company. However a simple phone call resolved this though it did delay the driver several hours. But the speed compensated for the small inconvenience.

The driver, Juan Hernandez, was EXCELLENT! He called me several times to let me know where he was. He also called with expected arrival time. He took extreme care with my car and was very personable. Passport also provides GPS info so you can track your auto anytime. Very convenient.

Overall this was a great, quick, and worry free experience. I would have no issue using them again.
