The main contact person I dealt with seemed to be irritated when I would call with questions or an update in status. Overall, the process was much slower than I anticipated and it seems that days would pass without any status change. It seems like it's just a roll of the dice anyway on the shipper that is selected, so I think next time I'll cut out the middle man and go directly with a shipper.
