Received vehicle on time, but expensive and lack of communication

I received the vehicle on time. Customer service was friendly enough, but there was a lack of communication that was disappointing. At least one of my calls was not returned and there was confusion about the pickup time.
This service is also expensive. I would recommend seeking out quotes from other companies before committing to this one.
