My agent, Bob, was excellent! He provided information in a very light, understandable manor that made decision-making easy. He was extremely informative and made sure that I understood every step of the process from start to finish! The pickup was on time and the delivery was as early as could be expected. Two days before expected arrival, actually. Overall, great! However, with the "Cash Only" policy, the driver should expect some turbulence. I moved across the country and even though I called and informed my bank, every time I tried to withdraw cash, my card was denied and I was getting phone calls about unauthorized use. Scrambling to come up with the cash, that was frozen in my bank account, I was a little late to await the arrival of my vehicle. My driver was extremely upset and very rude! I understand he is on a schedule, but when you drop off my car 2 days earlier than predicted, 20 minutes should not cause so much distress.
