Bob worked with me on arranging for a pick up location that would work best for us and the large carrier vehicle. We decided on a Walmart parking lot which was close to where the vehicle was being picked up, a residence where a big vehicle could not have driven safely. The paper work was done the night before transport to accomodate our NH people. Very accomodating.
The delivery of the vehicle was early and handled very professionally. The driver of the carrier parked his truck in a big parking lot and drove our vehicle to our front door. Awesome Customer Service. Thanks for making this a great experience. If we have another car to move, Bob will be my 1st call.
