Overall, I have nothing to complain about. Bob, at amerifreight, explained everything to me clearly and he met all my expectations. However, I found the concept of "door to door" not to be case in both the pick-up and drop-off. In both instances the driver asked to load and unload the car in a location other than my addresses, respectively. Not a huge deal, but inconvenient nonetheless.
