Kim was in contact during every aspect of the shipment. I was in a bit of a hurry to get the car shipped prior to leaving the country on business (two days notice). The Veloster was picked-up on Thursday without a problem and delivered to my daughter on Sunday as promised. "Thank You" for all you have done and the professionalism that was used to make this happen with such short notice to meet my schedule.
